Regional Development Co-ordinators support the development and expansion of co-operatives by providing advice and assistance on:

Organizational Development including:

a. Incorporation Procedures and Requirements;
b. Board Governance;
c. Member recruitment and development; and
d. Implementation of governance structure.

Business Development including:

a. Preliminary Assessment of Idea;
b. Feasibility Study; and
c. Development of Business Plan.
