Did You Know?

The Canadian Light Source (CLS) in Saskatoon is one of the largest scientific projects in Canada, and one of the most advanced synchrotron facilities in the world.

We believe in a prosperous rural Saskatchewan, where individuals, communities, business and government work together to achieve sustainable economic development and an enhanced quality of life.

The vision, principles, goals and priorities of our rural strategy establish the pathway for successful and sustainable rural development. Government will work to create an environment that encourages development to take place, but it is up to individual Saskatchewan people, working alone or as part of their community, to make that development happen. We are each responsible for our own future- a future that is wide open for our entire province.
